Welcome to JidouNavi! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the JidouNavi mobile application and website (the "Service"). By using JidouNavi, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using JidouNavi, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

JidouNavi is a mobile application that allows users to discover, document, and share vending machine locations across Japan. Users can:

• Browse a map of vending machines
• Add new vending machine locations
• Upload photos of vending machines
• Check in at visited locations
• Earn badges and achievements

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Notify us of any unauthorized use
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (photos, locations, descriptions). By submitting content, you grant JidouNavi a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the Service.

You agree not to submit content that:

• Violates any law or regulation
• Infringes on others' intellectual property rights
• Contains inappropriate, offensive, or harmful material
• Is intentionally false or misleading
• Contains personal information of others without consent

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to manipulate check-ins or badges
• Harass or abuse other users
• Attempt to access others' accounts
• Interfere with the Service's operation
• Use automated tools to scrape or access the Service

6. Intellectual Property

The JidouNavi name, logo, and Service design are our intellectual property. You may not use our branding without permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

JidouNavi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy of vending machine information
• That machines shown still exist or are operational
• Uninterrupted or error-free service

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JidouNavi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tokyo, Japan.
